Sec. 150.3 - Applicability.
This part applies to the airport noise
compatibility planning activities of the operators of "public use
airports," including heliports, as that term is used in section 101(1) of
the ASNA Act as amended (49 U.S.C. 2101) and as defined in section 503(17)
of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 U.S.C. 2202).
