Sec. 145.103 - Privileges of certificates.
(a) The holder of a repair station
certificate issued under this subpart may maintain and approve for return
to service any article for which it is rated, and perform preventive
maintenance on that article, if certificated mechanics or repairmen are
employed directly in charge of the maintenance and preventive maintenance.
(b) The privileges granted under this
section apply to any location or facility unless the certificate limits
the holder to specific locations or facilities.
