DSN 318-841-1428 for any fuel req, prior to dep prev stn. Kandahar
Afld is PPR for all civ and coalition flt. To req a PPR No, acces
RAMCC website HTTP://RAMCC.DTIC.MIL. and open the AF PPR form. Aircrew
must submit req 48 hrs prior to ETA and no further than 10 days before
