Rolls-Royce Falcon

At the same time Rolls-Royce was working on the Eagle, work was begun on an in-line 6 (the Hawk) and a scaled down Eagle, the Falcon. All three engine prototypes appeared in the winter of 1915-16.
After the war, development continued on the Eagle but not its smaller brothers.
