Rapid KP 2U

The all-metal Rapid KP 2U is a two-seat, low-wing microlight/VLA from aerospace components manufacturer Jihlavan, based in the Czech town of Jihlava, halfway between Prague and Brno. The design has been around since 1994, and has a spindly-looking retractable gear. It’s available with either a 80 or 100 hp Rotax 912, and is claimed to cruise at 22Okph(137kt), takeoff in 90m, land in l4Om and climb at 1,476 Ijm.
