This box lists information pertaining to the NAVAID (extending line points to the NAVAID) indicated.

(1) NAME - Navaid Full Name

(2) FREQUENCY (underline means that the radio frequency has voice capability), 3-letter NAVAID Identifier, Morse code representing the 3-letter ID.

(3) CHANNEL for radios capable of tuning with channels versus dialling in the frequency. TACAN radios can use this channel to receive Magnetic Bearing info from TACAN - VORTAC stations or DME from a VOR/DME transmitter.

Underneath, an additional box MAY include location grid coordinates of the navaid radio transmitter.
